1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Voyo Transfers' platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Service Description
Voyo Transfers operates as a booking platform connecting travelers with licensed transfer service providers ("Partners"). We facilitate bookings but do not directly provide transportation services. All transfers are performed by independent Partner companies.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To book transfers, you must create an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Provide accurate booking information
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices displayed are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. The final price shown at booking confirmation is the amount you will be charged. No hidden fees.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.
4.3 Platform Commission
Voyo Transfers charges a 10% commission on all bookings, which is included in the displayed price. 90% of the booking amount is paid to the Partner providing the service.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show: No refund
5.2 Partner Cancellations
If a Partner cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund and we will attempt to find an alternative provider at no additional cost.
6. Flight Tracking and Delays
We provide automatic flight tracking for airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be notified and will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. This service applies to delays up to 2 hours.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Harass or mistreat Partners or other users
- Attempt to circumvent our payment system
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform
8. Partner Terms
8.1 Partner Requirements
All Partners must be licensed, insured, and maintain high service standards. We conduct background checks and quality reviews.
8.2 Partner Responsibilities
- Maintain valid licenses and insurance
- Provide safe, clean, and reliable vehicles
- Arrive on time for scheduled pickups
- Treat customers professionally and courteously
- Comply with all local regulations
9. Liability and Disclaimers
9.1 Platform Role
Voyo Transfers acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the actual transportation services provided by Partners.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyo Transfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform or services.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about a transfer, contact our 24/7 support team immediately. We will work with you and the Partner to resolve the issue fairly.
For unresolved disputes, you agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the jurisdiction where Voyo Transfers is registered.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Voyo Transfers platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time through the platform settings.
